I still hate things

Ok, for those of you who may or may not check back here periodically I apologize for not keeping it up to date. However, since I have a whole lot of free time at work now, I am going to try and write more often...at least once a week.
Now, for those of you I am about to rip, I absolutely DO NOT apologize. The subjects of my anger in this post are the (to use a Paulism) quintisential douche bags who feel that they must pop their asshole collars on their asshole pink shirts. Is it just me, or are these people starting to multiply in record numbers? And if anyone should be stopped from spreading their braindead-seed it should be these people. When did pink become a manly color? Was I absent at the meeting that decided that the ultimate way to show that you were a homophobic overmasculated prick was to dawn the most femanine color on the planet? There is no excuse for a heterosexual man to be wearing pink! None WHATSOEVER! If you own a pink shirt I would like you to do me one favor...kill yourself. Just do it. I really don't care how. I would just rather you not be alive...anymore. And it seems the brighter the pink the bigger the shithead. I have seen these ignorami walking around in pink shirts that are so bright they could actually re-blind Ray Charles! For those of you keeping track at home: the color is such that it would actually have to raise Mr. Charles from his grave, bring back his sight and then burn out his retinas.
My hatred for these people knows no bounds. Being that I now work at a mall I encounter them on almost an hourly basis. This is not good for my sanity or my vision. Look, as a "jew" (for those of you who know me you understand why that is in quotation marks) I have never been one to condone generalizations...or concentration camps for that matter, but this must be stopped one way or another. The color pink must be reclaimed by woman and homosexuals! The time is now people! I say we round up all these wastes of sperm and force them into hard labor until they are no more. The majority of them seem good for it. But, the truth is most of them will probably perish in much more hilarious ways that will likely be available in future editions of The Darwin Awards.
Oh, and on a side note...all you assholes who put clothes on you pets...fucking stop it!

Lets get it rolling again...

Ok, well…it has certainly been a long time since I last graced the pages of this blog. So, I just feel the need to get a few things out there. Here goes:
First off, in regards to politics…I am done. I am now extremely aware of how a difference of opinion can escalate into something uncontrollable and that can’t happen. There is a time and a place for everything, but there are also times and places where certain subject need not be discussed. I am going to attempt to put my best, un-confrontational foot forward. That being said, I am still going to use this blog as a venting point for political frustrations. I only ask that for those I have upset in the past to just humor me and pretend they didn’t read any of it, or post a response, that’s even better, but please let’s keep it strictly on topic and not let it leave the site.
My friends mean a lot to me and I really do not want silly things to come between us. I believe I have taken some necessary steps to remedy the situation, but obviously time is needed. I will continue to try and not be a dick and hopefully things will continue to progress. Dirty laundry should remain in a personal hamper and I won’t air it out in public anymore. The only reason I am putting this out is because it is kind of an apology, or as close as a stubborn Jew like me can come to one. Anyway, let bygones be bygones, and we will all live happily ever after….

What needs to happen next

I think that one thing we can all agree upon is that the election is over. There is no point in going through the what if scenarios. Bush won. It was close, but he won. Yes, it saddens me because, like 49% of AMERICANS I voted for Kerry because I believe this country has been heading down the wrong path and therefore we needed a new leader...that didn't happen. What needs to happen in this country now is that we need to come together. We need to be unified in the ways that we were directly after 9/11. For that moment you could look to any American and know that you were in this together. Now, that is not the case. Bush had a golden opportunity to unite this country after 9/11 and instead he choose to take advantage of us. And, usually, once a mistake like that is made you don't get a second chance. This president has. I truly believe that the citizens of this country want to come together and believe in this president, but it is up to him. I am hopeful that he will recognize this. In reading the newspapers and watching the news over the last few days I'm not so sure he is interested in doing so, saying things like "for those who share my goals" does not really make me want to jump on his team.
But, the silver lining is that this can only last 4 more years. I hope that in these 4 years we see a country come together. I hope in these 4 years we see our troops come home from Iraq. I hope that in these 4 years the partisanship hatred can fade, but right now it doesn't look good.
All that being said, I have a few things that need to be said or I fear I will burst.
First, liberal does not equal democrat, stop using them to mean the same thing. Second, it IS NOT the fault of liberals or democrats that there is such a rift in this country. It is PRESIDENT BUSH's responsibility to unite this country. As I said before, he had his opportunity and fucked it up and now he has a second chance, lets see what happens. If you'll notice I did not CAST THE FIRST STONE in this. In fact, I was driving in my car thinking about how to make the best of the situation and then when I returned to my computer I found myself and my patriotism attacked by the very people who are now telling me to move on. Get over yourself! No, I did not vote for Bush, and I never would, but that doesn't mean that I want him to fail and that I want this country to fall. Are you fucking stupid? I live here! I know more then anyone the fruits that are offered by this country. What I fear is that they will slowly disappear. I would like to have a job when I finish school, which is now more difficult then ever. I don't want to pay more then I can afford in taxes so Bill Gates and the president's friends and family can get an extra 20 feet on their fucking yacht! It's ri-fucking-diculous.
And another thing I think is interesting, as pointed out by Jon Stewart, how is it that the places most impacted by 9/11 (New York and Washington, D.C.) voted overwhelmingly for John Kerry while those middle America states mostly voted for Bush but sited as their reasoning that they were scared of another terrorist attack. What sense does that make? Just say what you really mean: "I voted for Bush because I am scared of gay people." There, do you feel better? You worthless rednecked sister-fucking piece of horse shit! The terrorists are targeting places of government and capitalism...not your god damn farm.
It's kind of sad/scary the arrogance of the US. I am all for being confident. But don't be a dick about it. We need to have friends around the world. We cannot continue to do what ever the fuck we want and not expect it to come back and bite us in the ass. It will happen, eventually. It happened to Rome, it happened to France, it happened to England and it happened to Russia. We're the only ones left, I suggest we make nice.

Ok, that’s enough...The fact is, the majority of people who voted for Bush did not even know why. They vote Bush because they are too IGNORANT to form their own opinions and need someone else to tell them what to think. Not only that, but when they hear this information they don't even bother to check another source and get more then one side of an argument. "You are entitled to your opinion, but it's wrong" is a great philosophy to go through life with.
I am sick and tired of being labeled as unpatriotic and not American. The fact is, I am more American than ANY of you assholes. I have been around the world and represented my country proudly! Not only that, but I have had a taste of those other countries and have something to compare the United States to. Which is a hell of a lot more then what the majority of UNEDUCATED and SHELTERED Americans can do. But, it seems that even without the ability to make a WELL ROUNDED opinion of how great the US is compared to other countries some people still feel the need to question my patriotism?! NO, FUCK YOU! I am more American than you will ever be. Some of you don't even have the energy to get off your ass and take part in the simplest right in this country...voting.
And for all of you who say that they would be "honored" to go to war and "defend" this country, here's a few things for you to think about: GO! Get the fuck out! What's stopping you? If you'd be so honored then enlist and get your ass on a plane and go to war and defend us. But, wait....there is just one problem, what the fuck are you defending us from? There are NO WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION! None, let it go. They aren't there and they never were. I have nothing but the deepest respect for our military, it is not them I question, it is our leadership. I have friends, like some of you might as well, that are in Iraq and other parts of the world fighting for our country, but it is completely different to support your troops and to blindly follow a clueless administration. If I were drafted to go to Afghanistan I would have gone. It seemed like the right place to go at the time and I was effected just as much as everyone else on 9/11. But, there is no way in hell I would go to fight the war of the president in Iraq. W. exploited the events of 9/11 to trick this country into going into Iraq. He played off of our deepest fear since the Cold War, nuclear weapons (which he can't even fucking say). And it worked. If you want to follow blindly a president who has done more to fuck the reputation of this great nation then the KKK, then by all means go ahead, but don't fucking tell me I am any less American because I won't. FUCK YOU! And by the way, an education is NOT reading books. To say I believe that is absolutely retarded. The definition of educated is as follows:

The vast majority of those who fall under this category voted Kerry. And, had college students gotten off their drunken asses and voted they would have voted for Kerry over Bush at least 2:1. I am well aware that paying to go to college doesn't make you educated, to infer that that is what I meant proves this fact.
The US Constitution is an amazing document. But, like the bible you cannot only read select parts and use it to make your case. You cannot use the constitution to protect gun ownership and then use it to prevent gays from being married. There is a little bit in the constitution about SEPERATION OF CHURCH AND STATE! Even the bible, which condemns homosexuality says to love your neighbor as thyself. WHICH IS IT? Hypocrisy takes hold whenever you take anything too seriously, so don't! Live, be yourself and think for yourself. But most of all, DONT FUCK WITH ME!
